A: Research has it that caffeine can improve endurance, recovery, strength and performance, and for majority of people the easiest way to achieve those is by drinking a cup of Joe. However, coffee drinks often come with an undesirable company: sugar. That being said, unless you like it bitter you’re potentially undoing all of the benefits that coffee is supposed to be packed with.
