Veggie Myth


Dodging meat in favor of a plant-based diet is typically a healthy move. However, research has it that young adults who claim to be vegetarians have a higher chance to binge and be bulimic than meat eaters, causing medical experts to believe vegetarianism can sometimes mask an underlying eating disorder.

  1. Mmmm I am extremely hesitant to believe this. Sure I believe that vegetarianism leads to a healthier lifestyle, but many vegetarians choose this lifestyle to simply stop the abuse involved with animal farming – not related to an underlying fear of eating…
